Great food and service. The ambience is amazing, ample space for all of our girl friends to hangout together. The biryani was delicious.

I love this place. I use UberEats when I'm tired to order from here. Even if it was pretty late the food was still amazing. The goat curry and tikka paneer were really good. It comes with a choice of naan, rice, and one other. Really good place to order from as I have no time to dine in.

If you're in Fremont and like Indian food, you must try Biryani Xpress. Excellent food with good flavor and quality. I always enjoy their combo, biryani, butter chicken and wraps are my favorites. The price is reasonable. We also do catering from Biryani Xpress.

Ordered the Gobi 65 & veg dum biriyani. Food was pretty flavourful, tasty & reasonably priced.

This place is a hidden gem. Food is so so so good. I had their Malai kofta & paneer tikka masala with couple of garlic naans. Servers are polite , ambience is perfect to have a quiet meal

I have ordered the combo 1 (veggie dumplings biriyani, paneer masala, veggie pakoras, naan). I was pleasantly surprised by the quantity of the food in $16! Now coming to taste, the veggie dum biriyani was full of vegetables including carrots, potatoes and very well seasoned. The paneer was a little bland and need salt, and it tastes like paneer cooked in tikka masala gravy! But given the price I would say it tastes great! Pakoras are very crunchy and really amazing (even without considering the price)! I was surprised by the freshness of the pakoras, this shows how good the place sells combos. The naan is also very fresh. Overall the taste is very good and I will definitely try other combos. I took off one star due to the lack of salt in paneer!

I ordered takeout for dinner on a Tuesday night. I ordered it around 6PM and the food was very late, the app said it would be ready at 6:30 but we waited until 6:50ish for our food to be done. There were several other people inside waiting for their food as well, so there was a line. Unsure if this is how it is always, or if this was a one-time issue. Other than the delay in service, the food itself was good. We ordered (1) chicken ghee roast, (2) mutton curry, (3) mutton ghee roast biryani, and 2 extra naan. The mutton curry was supposed to come with a naan, so we were supposed to receive 3 total pieces, but we only received 2. Other than these small mishaps, the food itself was pretty good. My favorite dish was the chicken ghee roast (1). It was a bit spicy, and the chicken was extremely tender. Although it is considered an appetizer, this tasted great with some naan or rice. Everyone in my family really enjoyed this dish. The mutton biryani (2) was good as well, had a good amount of mutton in it and good flavor, but not too overly spicy. I will say that there was a lot of pieces of fat in the biryani, which I try to avoid. Unsure if this was intentional to add more flavor. Lastly, the mutton curry (3) was okay, it wasn't anything that stood out too much to me. Another thing to note is that the naan is very thin, almost like a roti. So if you are used to the big, fluffy naans, you may want to order extra from here, as they are not as substantial. I also suggest you open your to-go packet in the store to make sure you are getting the right number of naan!! Overall, I enjoyed my experience here and will be back to try some of the other offerings.

Read the reviews on yelp and tried for the first time. I am impressed. Ordered several items : Amritsari Chole, Paneer tikka masala, Malai kofta ( all came with a complimentary naan ) , Punjabi pakora, Vegetable Biryani. All tasted really good. The Veg biryani tasted more like the one I had at Ulavacharu, Sunnyvale. Overall, quality food, good portion sizes and decent prices. Two thumbs up !

By far the best biryani in Fremont! This business has only recently opened but I've already been about a dozen times. Very good biryanis, lots of variety, and all delicious. Prices are also great, biryani comes with tons of protein (paneer/chicken). Make sure to try the paneer fire biryani and the Vijayawada. The chicken is also halal here.

Vegetarian friendly score: 9/10 Finally a biryani place that's our go to. Generous portions of paneer and meat in biryanis. Very fresh and delicious. Reasonably priced as well.

I got the butter chicken wrap, it was sooo good. I wish I ordered more food. My only comment is that the order took longer but they may be really busy on Sundays. Other than that, I'm definitely going again!

Loved the biryanis and interesting vegetarian options as well. Not too spicy. Wait time was reasonable and overall service was great. We dined in and it was a no frills type of establishment; clean and comfortable.

found my new go to indian restaurant! it's close to me (i live in newark), decently priced, great taste, and great portions this was my second time coming here and getting take out. i ordered online through chowbus, and it was a very easy process both times when i came to pick up my first order a couple weeks ago it was kinda awk bc the lady at the counter asked for a name, and i told them my name. but they don't register your name in your chowbus order on the app (only order number) so i was just standing there like ;-; while she was trying to figure out the order second time i came to pick was a couple days ago and it was a different lady. she updated me that the food is still being made. the food took longer than my chosen pick up time. so i had to wait, but i didn't mind. it was only like 5 mins: worth the short wait! the lady was super sweet when she handed me my food i made sure to come here a second time to see if they're consistent. and i am here to happily announce that they are. additionally, their portions are great. the butter chicken container was a decently large size and had LOTS of chicken in it. it was super tender too, not dry. too many restaurants charge $16+ for butter chicken and barely include any chicken. i will definitely be back!

This was our first 'dine in' experience here and we loved it! Ordered indo Chinese tonight and all dishes were delicious. Got veg Hakka noodles, egg fried rice , chili chicken, and chicken 65. Each dish was super flavorful and very fresh tasting. Sonia the owner gave us a tandoori leg quarter on the house, and it's definitely worth getting if you like tandoori meats. The fresh (and free) chai always hits the spot and is a great way to round out the meal.

I had the Afghani wrap and it was excellent. Very flavorful at a reasonable price. I had an incredible dining experience. The flavors were authentic, the service was exceptional, and the overall ambiance was inviting. Highly recommended for anyone craving delicious Indian cuisine all at a great price point!

I was there last week, Tried Biryani, Afghani Chicken and Tikka Roll. All three items was amazing. Afhani chicken was the best. They make roll with real big Paratha. One Roll is more then enough for one time meal. Roll and Afghani Chicken is Must Try.

Omg the taste and meat tenderness of the Goat Ghee Byriani was top notch! And if you spend $30 on Uber Eats w them you get a free fish!

Good portions (especially the wraps) and great food; perfect for a family meal. We ordered a combo, wrap, and a couple curries. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Definitely recommend, and looking forward to visiting again!

We had a late night rendezvous with great food - an amazing Mandi biryani, which was cooked to perfection. Thank you Sonia and Sanket for the delicious treat and such good service. We had a blast. Cannot wait to hangout at the place another time.

Found this place on accident when I was in the complex and decided to give it a shot. It instantly became a staple for me. The butter chicken wrap is genuinely one of the best things I've ever tried. I get it at least once a week. The Gobi Manchurian is made exactly how I like and tastes amazing. The Vijayawada biriyanis are also so incredibly tasty. Highly recommend

I recently ordered their ghee roast mutton biriyani. It was just awesome! I never ate such good biriyani in bay area. The biriyani was flavorful, aromatic, mutton pieces are very soft and ghee was definitely used in cooking, rice was so long grain and well made. Spice level was perfect. I am really impresses and definitely get their food again.

I recently visited Biryani Xpress with three of my friends and the guy on counter suggest us to try the Chicken Mandi which is biryani pulao like preparation and it’s get well deserve 5 star rating. We love the freshness and juiciness of chicken. Pieces were tender and well cooked. One of the highlights of our meal was refreshing chicken soup which is complimentary with mandi. It was perfect starter and warming up. Must try Chicken Mandi.❤️

Had a great experience dining in this restaurant. Must try the royal xpress Mandi and chicken Mandi. Also not to mention the goat ghee roast biryani and chicken ghee roast is just top notch.
