Chicken Curry. If you are a fan. If you've never had it. If you're holding someone for ransom and you want to be paid with it....this is the place that you want it from. Hands down, as authentic as it gets and freaking delicious! The spices and seasoning are so fresh and flavorful. The mint tastes like it came from the garden. The chicken meat....don't even get me started. SOMEBODY STOP ME! Soooo juicy and tender. Oh!! And don't forget to ask for spicy. It's just the right amount to be spicy but not so bad that you're double-fisting deactivated carbon and Tums. Personally, I've been around the world and have had the pleasure and honor of being invited to sample and share many different foods from A LOT of different cultures. The chicken curry is spot on, and is comparable with the curry I've had while overseas. Seriously, if you like curry...lamb, chicken, beef, tofu...whatever! It's such good food here. OH! And the Tandoori! You can't go wrong with the exceptional selection and variety. Give it a try, you won't regret it...plus it's such a cozy and comfortable atmosphere! Everyone is exceptionally nice and friendly! And Preet, will feel like your best friend after a couple of conversations. Truly a great place to eat.

Methi malai paneer was creamy and big sized portions. Malai kofta had too much gravy not enough kofta.

This restaurant was a blast. Turning into the parking lot is narrow so be cautious. The restaurant had a good selection of food and even rotated the food, they added Chicken 65 at some point. The service was good and they offered naan. One thing about the naan, I would ask them to prepare it without oil because the naan was a bit oily. The ambiance was good and I had a good time. Overall the restaurant has good quality and I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to eat Indian food. The price point was 15.99 per person.

This is about "Curry-Craving" Indian Restaurant in Pleasanton, CA. A few days back, three of us met here for a quick lunch - Guess what!! We left 2.5 hrs. later! Endlessly tasting the "free" Chat! The buffet was elegant and comprehensive; the food was "really" tasty. The staff were very cordial and attentive. The place is somewhat small; yet cosey. Did I mention they serve "fresh" chicken, not "frozen"; and "Halal"! And locally sourced veggies!! To cap it all - the price? Very affordable. We loved everything about this place!! Dr. Errol

Amazing quality blended with an authentic array of dishes. The Weekend Buffet (Fri - Sat - Sun) is BACK with assorted culinary delights. We would love to go again. Must visit for buffet lovers !!

Curry cravings is my family favorite go to place for classic authentic Indian food! I recommend this restaurant to everyone and anyone because of their great environment, great people, and amazing staff. We have been ordering and coming to Curry Cravings for a few months now and once we started we have never stopped. Even as a picky eater I found plentiful dishes that I enjoyed and tried during the buffet. I am so happy they brought back the lunch buffet on weekends because I get to try dishes I haven't tried before and can order those same dishes for dinner later in the week. They have vegan, vegetarian, non-vegetarian options and each dish tastes exceptional. Our favorite dish is the Butter Chicken and Garlic Naan, a must try if you are in the East Bay Area. The owner often checks in at the restaurant and interacts with customers to make sure the food experience is spectacular for anyone who comes in. The rest of the staff share his kindness and are always friendly and in good spirits. Thank you so much Curry Cravings, we love you!!

This has been my son's favorite restaurant for the last 9 years. He's one spicy kid! They've been good to us!

Everything we tried food wise was delicious! We started with samosas and the mixed grill, the chicken on the mixed grill was so tender and juicy and just melted in your mouth. For entrees we tried the butter chicken (a classic) and goat both of which were good and very flavorful. And I loved the garlic naan! I'm so glad we decided to try this place, the ingredients were fresh and sauces flavorful, I would highly recommend and will be returning!

We have been going to curry cravings since it opened in Pleasanton and the quality of the food has been always good. I believe they have gone through few ownership changes however the taste and menu has been consistent. We have never eaten in and it has always been as a carry out. Their naan, bitter chicken are always a hit with our kids! Recommended!!

The only reason why I don't give this restaurant a five star is because of the poor customer service, but I must say the food is excellent especially their Butter Chicken Tikka Masala. Flavor is excellent and is cook to perfection truly authentic Indian food. I also enjoyed very much the chili- cilantro naan. so next time I am craving Indian food I will definitely order for takeout for the simple reason that the food is delicious

Authentic punjabi flavours. Grill mix is a must try. Lamb was really tendered and cooked well. Paneer methi is awesome.

We used curry cravings catering services for our baby shower. Right from the beginning the process was smooth. Sai helped us with recommendations on the dishes and quantity. The delivery was on time and the food was great. We ordered Assorted Naan, Panner Tikka, Gobhi Manchurian, Veg Biryani, Plain rice, Dal Tadka, Mix veg, Chicken Tikka, Chili chicken, Kadhai chicken curry, Kadhai lamb curry, Chicken Biryani and gajar halwa. Naan stayed soft even after 2 hours of delivery. Veg and non-veg starters were finished in the first 30 mins of serving (guests really raved about it). Chicken Biryani was my personal favorite. Curries were delicious too (spice level was adjusted perfectly per our request, so that was great). Overall, we were very pleased with Curry Cravings and Gopi, the main manager/owner, was extremely easy to reach, friendly and accommodating of our requests. I think, they went out of their way to help us out with the delivery and food presentation. I would surely recommend Curry Cravings if you are looking for catering services. Don't miss their Biryani (it has its own personality).

We used Curry Cravings catering, for my husband's birthday. Moist chicken, crispy samosa, everything was fabulous! So good...my guest were fighting out the leftovers.

Nice food. We ordered vegetarian food, it was very good. Mix veg was little spicy, but Paneer curries and chhole bhature were really good.

We discovered this place about 2 years ago and have never been disappointed. We usually do take out. Food is always delicious. We can tell they use good quality ingredients.

I have ordered food many times and they never have made any mistakes in my order. Food is very tasty and fresh. We have tried almost all the dishes from the menu and have been happy so far. Just hoping that they keep up the good the work and we will keep on ordering!!

OK - so this place totally surprised me. It looks like a converted Wendy's - and when I walked in, I thought it was closed. Chairs stacked against the wall, and a big Conan of a man walks out. It didn't look very inviting to say the least -- and the customer service left a lot to be desired. I waited in the parking lot for the guy to bring me my take out... it didn't even come with rice or utensils. Sigh... BUT holy cow the food was incredible. The onions were so fresh they still made my eyes water. The texture of the chicken: perfect. The only thing I would recommend is a slight reduction in the salt. But the flavoring, and the freshness of ingredients, was incredible. I'm delighted to have stumbled upon this place by accident -- was actually filling my car up with gas next door. I hope this place survives. And if it does, work on your service because your food is great!

Awesome Punjabi food. Tandoori rotis are well done as soft. Food is closest to authentic cuisine. The staff is very courteous. They have quite a good options for lunch buffet. Though the restaurant is on a busy street like Santa Rita, you can easily miss it when you drive by. They need to put up a better signage. Would recommend for tandoori delicacies, vegetarians and tadka dal. This is a hidden gem

Our visit was a mixed bag. We dined in and ordered saag paneer, butter naan, tikka masala and chole bhature. Each item was so delicious! One of the unique tastes actually compared to other restaurants. However, one huge negative that they need to fix. There were multiple people waiting close to an hour for picking up their orders. Our table and the other couple that was dining was also waited a long time for a portion of their order. I did ask one of the employees whether they were understaffed but he stated that they simply received too many DoorDash orders that evening. We will probably order ahead for future times and decide to pick up instead of dining. It will probably be quicker this way. Even though the other dining couple said out loud to other waiting customers that he will never be back there, but I actually loved the taste of their food so much that I tipped them 30%. I really wish them a good luck and hope they realize their weaknesses and work on them.

Each and every item is good. So it is a buffet with starters, multiple curry options in veg and non veg served with naan, biryani and dessert. Everything is fresh and tasty.

The lunch buffet here is just amazing! The buffet has a very good spread of items. The taste is authentic! What more? They seem to cook and refresh the items in the buffet often that you know you are getting freshly cooked food. The owners and employees care a lot and regularly ask for feedback. The ambiance is nice and cozy. As long as their food quality continues to be this good, I intend to be a regular here.

We had ordered Tandoori chicken platter and Chole Bhature. Both were very tasty and we enjoyed the food. Update: This place has never disappointed me. Best place in town for Indian food. They recently opened outdoor seating as a response to COVID19

Excellent lunch buffet, great variety of veg and non veg dishes. Great service. Should definitely visit. Chicken tandoori was one of the best. Good ambiance as well.
